Mach3.exe is corrupt?!

Please help. I had been using my Pro-Stitcher for about an hour, no problem. Suddenly the machine seemed to restart all by itself. When it came back up I received an error that said..."mach3.exe corrupt run chkdsk utility"

Help! I have a customer who needs this quilt I'm working on!
