PS will not boot up

I was on the phone with HQ last night until 12:30 my time, trying to sort out my boot up on the PS. They had me try a few different things to see if it was the HQ16 or the PS, needless to say they are sending me a part out that the jump drive plugs into. Hopefully that will solve my problem.
