Upgrade Problems

Help Utah...we have a problem. The upgrade is extremely slow. I wait 30 seconds each time it 'processes' which is every time you ask it to do anything, including just going 'back'. This must be a glitch since this is far to much to ask. Please help right away, I will call on Tuesday (monday holiday) but if anyone else has advice, I would appreciate a reply. Thanks, Connie

I agree! Did you get a solution to the problem. It takes longer for the patterns to load and adjust than to actually stitch the designs. Very frustrating.
