Will run but won't stitch

Pro-stitcher will run but won't stitch. I ran a pattern did great turned off machine came back the next day to run a nother pattern and did started but my fusion did not stitch. The PS ran the pattern but no stitching. I have tried the connect button and still nothing the half and full stitch button also does not work.
What do I need to do?
