Hi all, I'm new here but not new to quilting....I'm just SOOOO tired of shoving those king sized quilts through my little home machine. I've done that at least 10 times now...yikes. I've builtup my muscles for the upper body strenth for sure. I do have some questions though... Is the bobbin a side or front load? I can't tell from any of the pics. Also, I don't know anyone close to where I live that would be able to service it so set up would be on me. Is it easy to set up? I do have the room...The kids moved out! Let me know if anyone cares to respond it would be appreciated. Thanks
I live in Southern Oregon. |

I have a HQ16-regulated stitch machine, with the HQ Portable Professional frame and table that I am looking to sell. The machine is lightly used. I have upgraded to a HQ Fusion. I live in Queen Creek Az.
I have a 1 year parts and labor warrenty with a reputable dealer in San Marcos Calif. that has been offered for the person that purchases my machine. If you are interested, please contact me at dmwillcap@gmail.com. P.S., I also have an upgraded pro-stitcher for sale. |

I failed to say that the machine has a front load bobbin and is easy to set up but it would be helpful to see how it is done. Perhaps the instruction book would be sufficient. The machine comes with a dvd instruction also.
The prostitcher, the computer, has a quiltcad disk to make your own computorized patterns also. Hope this helps. dmc in Az. |

Thanks for responding. It's amazing how many people you know are out there but can't seem to touch base with any of them...Oh life does get busy. Can I ask a few more questions? My quilt studio is on the 2nd story of my house. I call it my "upper room"! I know the rods/poles won't go around the stair corners but I have a wide window just above the garage roof they could go through. Window open of course ;) Does that even sound feasible? and also how much do they weigh? I think I'm having more questions now than answers. Is there a "chat" site to go to?
