Hi everyone I'm new to handiquilter.
My friend and I have purchased the HQ16 together and I have a question. How do you quilt the border on the quilt. When I look at ones that have been done I can see that the horizontal border and the vertical borders seem to be done all in one with no stopping. I can see how you would do the horizontal border because you can go across the quilt but how do you sew the vertical border.Do you take off your quilt and turn it around and then do the border? Any help will be greatly appreciated Judy |

| Yes, once you have quilted all of your quilt except the side (vertical) borders, you do take the quilt off and turn it around so that your side borders are now at the top and bottom, or in other words they are now your horizontal borders on the quilting frame. You will need to spend a little bit of extra time matching up where you originally stopped your horizontal borders so your vertical borders blend in, but it is not that difficult. Hope this helps. |
