Front handlebars

Help, have a problem with the front handlebar speed down key......it stopped working! Fails the keypad test too. Trying to call HQ,leaving messages, but no call backs. Anyone else experiencing electronic failures?

I have also had problem with front handlbars, but not any of the keys. My lights, they flash off & on, like the space ship in "Close Encounters"; stay off, come on later. My 18 is one of the early models and is heading back to HQ next week for repair inside main body. All handles also returning. I contacted my dealer and got fast service on this problems. I hope you do the same, if your purchased from a dealer. HQ will take your concerns seriously and help fix the problem. Don't despair.
