false error msg

While successfully quilting (stitches and tension are good) I repeatedly get the error message that my thread is broken or my bobbin is empty. Neither is the case. The machine continues sewing properly, but it is very annoying. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? I have rethreaded, dusted for lint, reloaded the bobbin, etc.

I had this problem and my dealer was able to fix it pretty much. It does still happen sometimes and I just ignore it. But it's the little green nob by the top tension that needs to come out more or else the spring needs to be bent ever so slightly to where it makes contact with the green thing.
