Bobbin/Case

All of a sudden I've had trouble with the thread coming out of the bobbin tension spring. I can quilt along for a bit and then it slips out. I'll set it back in, check the bobbin tension, reset the case in the machine, then it happens again within about 5 minutes. Any suggestions?
