Has anyone else ever gotten the error message, "out of range" on their prostitcher? I just purchased it and have not been able to use it yet. I called customer service and they sent me out a new monitor which arrived late this afternoon (after customer service was closed). The new monitor is giving me the same error message upon start up :( I would really love to play and I'm pouting!
