nesting thread

When I start the quilt the stitches will nest up in the beginning but then they will get better throughout the quilt. I have changed the needle and the tension. I have read in the manual that I may be moving the machine faster than the needle speed, so I changed the speed and it still is doing it. Any suggestions?

I have found that a little pull on the thread tails as you start has decreased my nesting. Good luck and keep PPP.

Keep in mind you have to pull up the bobbin thread 1st. Somehow common issues in the early stages of learning to longarm seem to disappear. Good luck, Connie
