Do you know the right height for your your sewing table?
Your arms should bend at a 90-degree angle, your back should be vertical (i.e. not hunched over), and your knees should bend at a 90-degree angle. This usually means that, allowing for the height of your sewing machine’s surface, the table top needs to be several inches lower than typical 30″ table/desk heights. Mine is 26″ high.
