Job Title: Receiving Specialist

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and define workflow and requirements to ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ability to efficiently follow standard work processes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 + pounds
  • General computer skills

  • Ability to cross-train and learn multiple tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Receiving experience a plus

Job Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting of quilting machines and boxed product (50 pounds)
  • Organization of inventory in the receiving process
  • Ability to organize all types of parts and supplies for ease of cycle counts
  • Working while being on your feet for long periods of time (2 hours or more at a time)
  • Working with your hands to pull orders, organize inventory and palletize products
  • Potential of working with power tools or warehouse equipment
  • Entry of information into computer programs (shipping & accounting programs)
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Title: Customer Service/Technical Solutions Specialist

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5 PM

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Ability to quickly learn and/or use computer programs and quilting machines and programs

  • Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills on mechanical and electronic systems

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

    Job Duties:

  • Answers service calls politely and professionally on a daily basis

  • Takes on-call phone home on a rotating basis on assigned weeks and weekends, answers on-call phone after regular weekday hours until 8:00 pm, answers on-call phone on Saturday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm

  • Listens to recorded conversations with lead/manager as a means to make phone conversations more efficient and professional in nature

  • Enters case reports with each call

  • Keeps track of open case reports and assures they are properly closed and have good follow-up with the quilter

  • Attends quilting classes to learn machine specifics to better help on service calls

  • Follows SOPs for case report creation and closure, answering phones, standard repairs and other processes as needed

  • Assists customer relations and education departments with technical questions and customers

  • Other duties as assigned
