Job Title: Production / Assembly

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 7AM – 3:30 PM

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Job Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting of quilting machines (50-80 pounds)
  • Organization of inventory used in the assembly process
  • Communication among team members
  • Working while being on your feet for long periods of time (2 hours or more at a time)
  • Working with your hands to assemble small and/or large components
  • Potential of working with power tools or soldering tools
  • Quality inspection of inventory while assembling
  • Quality inspection of machine performance while sew testing
  • Other duties as assigned



Job Title: Inventory/Accounting Specialist

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Skills:

  • Very detailed, thorough, and accurate
  • Good at resolving problems – especially as they relate to reconciling general ledger accounts and inventory
  • Ability to continually improve processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, etc.)
  • Computer skills and experience required (MS Excel, understanding and ability to use Accounting/ERP systems)
  • Experience with inventory required (receiving/Bill of Material/labor tracking/reconciliations/etc.)
  • Understanding of Accounting processes & procedures and minimum of 3 years’ experience required (how various entries impact financials, prepaids, reconciliations, etc.)
  • Willingness to pitch in anywhere as needed (sales tax processing, AP, etc.)


Additional responsibilities for Accounting Manager/Inventory Specialist include:

  • Working with other teams within the company
  • Communicating with vendors regarding inventory
  • Filing and general accounting organization
  • Assistance with annual accounting/financials audit
  • Other duties as assigned
