Job Title: Production / Assembly

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am – 3:30 pm OR Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm

Job Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting of quilting machines (50-80 pounds)
  • Organization of inventory used in the assembly process
  • Communication among team members
  • Working while being on your feet for long periods of time (2 hours or more at a time) Working with your hands to assemble small and/or large components
  • Potential of working with power tools or soldering tools Quality inspection of inventory while assembling
  • Quality inspection of machine performance while sew testing Other duties as assigned


Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting of quilting machines and boxed product (50+ lbs.)
  • Organization of inventory used in the assembly process
  • Communication among team members
  • Working while being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Working with your hands to pull orders, assemble some products and palletize products Potential of working with power tools or warehouse equipment
  • Quality inspection of shipments before they are shipped
  • Entry of information into computer programs (shipping & accounting programs) Other duties as assigned 


Job Title: Technical Solutions/Customer Service Manager

Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5 PM

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM/ERP applications; ability to quickly learn and/or use computer and quilting machines and programs

  • Trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills on mechanical and electronic systems

  • Strong organizational, management and communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Detail oriented

  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive customer interaction with customers of all types

Job Duties:
  • Works with team to set standards for returning phone calls timely and professionally while answering calls with the team on a daily basis. Uses recorded conversations as training when needed. Manages team schedules to ensure phone coverage

  • Creates and keeps up-to-date FAQ’s and troubleshooting database that can be used to address quilter’s issues and train team

  • Reviews case reports and sets standards for entering them timely and accurately

  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting team performance and accuracy including case reports, repair value and efficiency, and phone call responsiveness, etc.

  • Defines and maintains metrics for performance and quality work in Technical Solutions, trains team members and addresses performance and attendance as needed

  • Promotes a positive atmosphere of growth and challenge while keeping team fully engaged

  • Manages SOP’s for case reporting and closure, answering phones, standard repairs, and other processes as needed

  • Manages training and work schedules for team to ensure the best customer service possible

  • Willingness to work alongside the team in daily tasks and ensuring team follow-through with the quilter to their satisfaction

  • Assists Customer Relations and Education teams as needed

  • Manages and takes on-call phone home on a rotating basis on assigned weeknights and weekends. On-call phone hours are from 5:00 PM until 8:00 pm and Saturday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm

  • Other duties as assigned
