Charging Trustitch controller
  • How long should it take to charge the controller completely?
  • Sunshine,
The Tru Stitch controller takes 1 to 2 hours to charge completely.

  • Thank you. I have had my controller in for 24 hours and the blue light never goes out. Any suggestions? Should I just use it? I unplug it and the white light is very bright so I know it has power.
  • Dear Sunshine,
I checked with our engineers and they asked if your controller unit was turned on or off while you were charging. If it was on, then it is normal for the blue light to stay on. Regardless, after charging for several hours, you can be assured that the controller is fully charged and ready for use and that your TruStitch is fully functional.

    Best Regards,

  • Thank you. It was turned off but I have been using it without any difficulty so I am a happy camper.
