I just wanted to say "thank you" to the person in technical support. I had some issues with my HQ16 after I installed the Precision Glide Track Upgrade and the Pole Upgrade. After a couple of calls to tech support, an upgrade to my C-Pod and a new adapter board for the stitch regulator I am back in business quilting. The precision glide track is awesome and so much smoothier than the previous track. Quilting is a dream now. Again, thanks to tech support for the help. The person was so easy to talk to and couldn't have been nicer.
