Bobbin case jammed does not move

    My bobbin is in the case but I can't get either to move nor can I get the bobbin out

    It could possibly be a thread lock. Turn off your machine then go to the back and gently turn the flywheel back and forth a little. This should help break the threads.
    Make sure you clean out all the threads in your hook area. If you need further help
