light bar attached to table

edited October 2013 in General
Hello, wondering if any of you have light bars attached to your frame/table and if you notice a slight flickering from the vibration. I have a HQ16 on a homebuilt portable table, very well made and with all the upgrades tracks, etc. My dh made me a light bar that attaches directly to the table and is sturdy, with two joined tracks above and with halogen bulbs x 6. So when I tried the machine out without a quilt on frame the slight vibration extends to the light bar and creates a bit of flickering. I don't think I will notice it when I am actually concentrating on my quilting. The extra light is fantastic. Does any one else have this happen and if I used LED would that be better. Thanks for your help.
