I have a Simply Sixteen with a Pro-Stitcher. Midway through a design my machine stops stitching and only moves. As far as I can tell everything is plugged in and the machine is "connected". Is there something else I can do? Re Starting doesn't seem to work either....

  • When you get to the screen where it shows pull up stitch, make sure the box marked stitch is checked. When I first got my used HQ16, mine would move without stitching. Once I checked this box, it worked. Maybe, you accidently unchecked it.
  • I checked that as well, not it :(
  • Did you ever find out what was wrong? My system is acting up now. It takes a pull up stitch but then does not start stitching even though the screen says stitching!
  • Please call our Technical Solutions team at 1-877-697-8458, M-F, 8-5 MST. They will be able to help you trouble shoot and find a solution.

    Thank you,
