back to a busy life

I have been busy the past few weeks working on some more quilts.  I always seem to have a pile of 5 or 6 quilts waiting to be quilted. As you can see, my friends are keeping me busy.  I have a little time to get one pieced here and there and add it to the pile to be quilted. Soon, I will have to pack up my house and move to a smaller place, but it has to have a room big enough for all my crafting supplies! I do not look forward to packing everything up, and then unpacking it all, but such is life. Amidst all that I still have quilts to do, and then another trip to the states the end of April for the pro-stitcher retreat and a nephew's wedding.

  • Wow I am so impressed! I expected that you would be good but I am so surprised at how good. I click over to see your quilts when I read that you had posted some pictures of quilts you had done on the discussion group. I am also a stay at home mom but my four boys are still young 11-3 years old. I was forced to learn to quilt because I became deeply depressed about losing my dream of giving birth to my own Sabrina. It worked to keep me sane and I have been so hooked ever since. After seeing your work I am truly excited about the idea of owning my own HQ. I was worried that it would take me years to get as good as the work you did on your quilts.
