Darren Denning

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Darren joined Handi Quilter in early 2006 in the role of COO and CFO.  His responsibilities include the oversight of all production, product development, financial, administrative, legal and information systems operations.  Prior to joining Handi Quilter, he most recently held various executive level and management level positions at Venafi, an encryption management technology company, and Lineo, an embedded Linux software company.  Darren began his career in the Salt Lake City offices of Deloitte and Touche and Ernst & Young. His industry experience includes operations and financial management, legal, contract negotiations, SEC reporting, strategic financial planning and private and public equity financing.

Darren has a bachelors of science and masters degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed certified public accountant.
