Do you own a Handi Quilter quilting machine? If you do, tell us your HQ Story and you might be selected to attend a FREE HQ Story Retreat in Salt Lake City this September!

What Kind of Stories are We Looking for?

Unique. Interesting. Funny. Poignant. We want YOUR stories. Why did you choose an HQ machine? How long was the path to bringing an HQ quilting machine to your home? Did you research for years or make a snap decision?

We want to see YOU and what you create on your machine. You may submit up to three photos with your HQ Story, but be sure to include at least one that includes YOU, or you won't be eligible for the Retreat.

You Could be Featured in Handi Quilter's Next Magazine Ad

Last year, 17 HQ owners were chosen to attend the HQ Story Retreat and to have their photos and stories included in Handi Quilter's 2011 marketing campaign. (Read their stories here and watch the My HQ Story videos here.) You may have seen their photos in a magazine ad or on the side of the Handi Quilter truck. We're looking for the next group to feature and your story might be your ticket to Salt Lake!

How Do I Enter?

Click here to go to www.HandiQuilter.com/myhqstory, where you'll find the information page and terms and conditions. Click on the submit your HQ 2011 story here button to go to the submission form. Entries will be published on the HandiQuilter.com website as soon as they are approved.

But I Submitted a Story Last Year!

If you weren't selected last year, you're eligible again, but you've got to submit again. It's okay if it's the same story.

What's the Deadline?

August 30, 2011. So hurry! Entries received after the submission deadline will be posted to the Handi Quilter website, but are not eligible to be selected for the retreat or for use in the HQ marketing materials.

How Will I Know if I've Been Chosen?

Those selected to attend the HQ Story Retreat on September 25 to 28, 2011 will be notified by email by September 2, 2010.
