Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Quilting Survey. Your feedback is important to help guide improvements in the quilting industry and will be shared with manufacturers and major quilt shows. This survey should only take about 10 minutes of your time.

This survey is available from January 29-February 9, 2010 only.

Your answers will be completely anonymous. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to receive email information from several quilting companies and an invitation to enter a daily prize drawing for prizes ranging from $25-$100 each (batting, thread, fabric or quilting tools), which have been provided by various quilting manufacturers. In addition, a drawing will be held at the end of the survey time for the Grand Quilt Show Travel Prize. This prize will consist of airfare (up to $450 each, must have 60 days notice), 3 nights hotel and multi-day passes for the winner and one guest (in shared hotel room) to the winner's choice of Quilt Festival-Chicago 2010, Quilt Festival-Long Beach 2010 or Quilt Festival-Houston 2010. Daily prize winners are eligible for the Grand Quilt Show Travel Prize. All winners will be notified by email.
