Software Download Agreement

By downloading or using software of Handi Quilter, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with such terms and conditions, do not download or use the software.

Downloading Assurances

In downloading this software you acknowledge that you own a HQ Pro-Stitcher and are downloading this software for the sole purpose of updating the software on your HQ Pro-Stitcher

Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the software and documentation are confidential and proprietary information and contain trade secrets of Handi Quilter or its licensors and you agree to hold all such information in strictest confidence. You may not use or disclose to any third party any such information except as expressly permitted by written agreement with Handi Quilter, Inc.

Extension of Limitations of Warranty and Liability

The limitations of warranty and liability contained in the original Purchase Agreement extend to all updates, enhancements and new versions of the software.
