SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Handi Quilter has contracted with UPS and multiple freight carriers to ensure that your orders are handled and delivered on time. After an order is placed, you will receive a tracking number, identifying when your order is scheduled to arrive. If you have questions concerning your order, please contact our Customer Relations Team for assistance at 1-877-697-8458, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time (MST) or via email at HQcares@handiquilter.com. You can also track your order from your account on the website.
If your packages arrived damaged, please note this with the delivery service and contact Handi Quilter.
Handi Quilter wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an occasion in which you need to return a product, we will be happy to assist you with a return.
Any product to be returned to the factory, either by customers or Representatives, must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA). RMAs may be obtained by email (HQcares@handiquilter.com) or by calling Customer Relations toll free at 1-877-697-8458.
If it is determined that the Product may be defective, an RMA number will be issued with instructions for Product return. An unauthorized return (a return without an RMA number) will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured in an approved shipping container. The original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping.
There is a 15% restocking fee on approved items if returned within 15 days. Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
All HQ Machine sales are final and damages will be covered under warranty policies.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of package.
