New Territory Sales Manager
I’d like to start off by introducing our newest Territory Sales Manager, Belsy. She’s replaced Susan in the Southeast territory who is happily enjoying her retirement. I’m sure many of you in her territory have already met her, or will shortly. Welcome to the Handi Quilter family Belsy!
New Retailers
Speaking of which, we have two new retailers. SewEndipitous in Rock Hill, South Carolina and Stitch-N-Time in Greencastle Pennsylvania. Welcome to the Handi Quilter family!
Retailer Academy
Whether you are a new retailer or have been with us since the very beginning, I encourage you to join us at Retailer Academy this June. If you haven’t signed up already, please do so. It’s a great opportunity to meet and interact with all of us here and with your fellow retailers. We have great information and new products we are excited to show you!
Upcoming Promotions
Okay, we have information for the next three months of promotions. May will be a free HQ Stitch machine with the purchase a longarm or Pro-Stitcher machine. One machine will get a customer an HQ Stitch 310, and purchasing a machine and a Pro-Stitcher will get a customer an HQ Stitch 610.
June will be show pricing. And July will be the bounce back credit to your store. We’ve got the assets on brand folder for the May promotion up and ready for downloading, and will be getting the June and July promotional assets up on Brand Folder shortly so you can start getting your marketing plans in place.
Updated Marketing Materials
Also up on Brand Folder is the updated HQ Family Quad-Fold brochure (QM40115). You can download those and you can also order packs of 25. Additionally, we have updated the HQ Stitch Family Quad-Fold brochure. The PDF is available on Brand Folder now, and physical brochures will be available to order in May.
New Pro-Stitcher Beta
And finally, we have a new Pro-Stitcher software version up on the prostitcher.com site. It’s under the PS Connect-Beta tab and is version 786. This has some really important fixes – including resolving the motor chattering on shutdown, tie-offs functioning properly, Wi-Fi stability, ability to send designs back and forth between PS and PS Designer, and improved default speeds and smooth stitching for each machine. Check out the full list of improvements online. At this time, it is up online only as a Beta and is NOT being shipped out to customers. We encourage you to download it and give it a try.
