Normal delivery service will be resumed on 4 January 2010, although some orders may be fulfilled and despatched between 29 and 31 December 2009.
HQ Quilting Machines
The cost of your HQ Quilting machines includes North America mainland delivery with UPS.
On acceptance of your order, we aim to deliver the product(s) within 3-5 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale.
If no-one is in when UPS call, they will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your machine. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Handi Quilter will not pay the cost of a redelivery.
Please note due to size restrictions we are unable to deliver to Post Box addresses.
HQ Gadgets
Orders will be delivered by post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 5-7 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
All web orders under $TBA will incur a $TBA postage and handling charge.

We always aim to despatch any orders within 48 hours.
Returns
- You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by:
- post to the address above, marked for the attention of the Customer Relations Department; or
- fax to TBA marked for the attention of the Customer Relations Department; or
- email to askhandiquilter@handiquilter.com.
- You must return the goods in their original packaging to us at your expense to: Handi Quilter, Inc. 445 N. 700 W., North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you (excluding delivery charges) to the card you originally used for the purchase.
- Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
Next day delivery*
HQ Avante & HQ Fusion Exclusive machines only
We use the TBA service to despatch HQ Avante and HQ Fusion orders.
We use TBA to despatch HQ Avante package Exclusive orders.
- For orders made before 12.00pm, we will aim to deliver the next working day.
- Orders made after 12.00pm will be processed and despatched the following working day.
- We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday, so they will be despatched on Monday.

Items must be signed for; if no-one is at home you will be left a card with information on re-arranging delivery or collecting your order. Photo identification will be required on collection of your order.
