Handi Quilter University (HQU) retreats are held in the Handi Quilter Studio in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah. You’ll spend 3 days with our HQ studio educators learning basic-to-advanced techniques for using your longarm machine.
Each student has her own HQ18 Avanté to use for the 3-day retreat. The small class size of 16 students ensures a 1 to 4 teacher-to-student ratio, perfect for personalized attention and hand-holding. We’ll start you off on your way to successful machine quilting so you will finish more quilts!
