In order for your tablet to run the Pro-Stitcher Premium software, your tablet needs to come to Handi Quilter for a “spa” treatment (tablet re-imaging and upgrades).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Call HQ Customer Relations department (801-292-7988). Customer Relations will verify tablet type over the phone and take payment. A box with packaging, instruction sheet, case report sheet, and return shipping label will be shipped. Upon receiving box, customer will wrap their tablet in protective material, place in box with case report sheet attached, put shipping label on box, and drop off at a UPS pickup location. US only.

The entire process takes approximately 15 business days.
